Quality Control Job Responsibilities:

Approves incoming material by conduction visual and measurement tests; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials. Approves in-process production by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; communicating required adjustments to production supervisor / primary lead. Returning products for re-work. Documents inspection results by completing reports/logs; summarizing re-work and waste; inputting data into quality databases. Understand blueprints Ability to perform and complete all PPAP certifications, control plans, PFMEA, and other documents required by customers.

Job Requirements:

2nd shift 4pm-1:30am Cooperative, team-focused attitude Ability to lift 15 pounds regularly Ability to stand/walk throughout entire shift Ability to read blueprints and inspect parts through use of visual and manual inspection equipment (caliper, micrometer etc.), 2+ years' experience in quality control or quality assurance position Analytical, logical thought process and attention to detail.
