Job Description

Hiring Immediately for Quality Inspection jobs at a local client. Weekly pay starts at $19.00-$21.00 per hour plus $2 additional for shift differential. and join our dynamic team! High School Diploma or GED 1+ years' minimum experience in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment with ISO 13485 or
ISO 9001
facility certification and strong knowledge base of quality inspections Experience with measurement instruments such as Optical Comparator, Micrometer, Caliper, Go/No Go Gauges Experience with
ASQ/ANSI
Zl.4 sampling plans Supported CAPA, NCR, Customer Complaint investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive action implementation ASQ training such as a Certified Quality Technician preparation course preferred Basic proficiency operating the Keyence, including using pre-written programs, preferred Excellent attention to detail Strong problem-solving skills Effectively interact with multiple facility functional areas Ability to stand and/or sit for long periods of time Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Perform assigned primary duties plus incoming raw material inspections and other areas requiring inspection according to internal procedures. Collect statistical data and measures against product specifications to improve ongoing quality control and procedures Maintain facility quality objectives and coordinate implementation with functional areas such as Production, Engineering, Facilities Management, and Quality Assurance Review and confirm engineering drawings, schematic diagrams, work orders, and applicable lot numbers against inspected product Select products for quality inspection at specified stages of production and test products for a variety of quality attributes including visual, dimensional, and functional characteristics Support 5S, Lean Six Sigma, and continuous improvement projects within the facility
Available Shifts:
1st shift: 6:45am to 3:05pm Monday-Friday 2nd shift: 5pm - 1:20am Monday-Friday Train on 1st or 2nd shift
Pay Details:
