Job Description
We are looking for a CMM Operator to join our quality team in a precision machining environment. This role will run existing CMM inspection programs, verify part dimensions, and support the inspection process to ensure parts meet engineering and customer requirements. This is a great opportunity for someone with some inspection experience who wants to grow into CMM programming and advanced quality roles. What You'll Do Run existing CMM programs to inspect machined components Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections Review inspection results and report any dimensional issues Read blueprints and verify basic GD&T requirements Work with quality and production teams to ensure part compliance Maintain inspection records and documentation What We're Looking For 1-3 years of inspection or CMM experience preferred Basic blueprint reading skills Familiarity with measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, height gauges) Exposure to CMM software (PC-DMIS, Calypso, or similar) is a plus Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Health insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Opportunities to learn CMM programming and grow within the quality team
