Job Description
We are looking for an experienced CMM Programmer to join our team in a precision machining environment. This role is responsible for creating and running CMM programs to inspect machined parts and ensure they meet engineering drawings and customer requirements. If you enjoy working with tight tolerances and solving measurement challenges, we would like to talk with you. What You'll Do Create and maintain CMM programs for machined components Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections Interpret blueprints and GD&T requirements Generate inspection reports and communicate results Work with quality, engineering, and machining teams to resolve dimensional issues What We're Looking For 3+ years of CMM programming experience Experience with CMM software (PC-DMIS, Calypso, or similar) Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge Experience inspecting precision machined parts and tight tolerances Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Health insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Stable shop with long-term work
