Job Description

Overview The Quality Control Inspector plays a critical role in ensuring that products meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements. This position involves conducting inspections, and analyzing data to maintain compliance with industry regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and quality control within a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Conduct thorough quality inspections of in-process production, and finished products. Collaborate with production team leads to address quality issues. Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of inspections, and quality control activities. Ensure adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements. Clean and prepare units after inspection to meet company appearance standards Skills Experience with quality audits and implementing quality systems within a manufacturing setting. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications Excellent analysis skills for interpreting data related to quality control processes. Familiarity with QA/QC methodologies and practices. Knowledge of vision inspection systems for product evaluation. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify defects or deviations from specifications. This role is essential for maintaining high-quality standards within our organization, ensuring that all products meet both customer expectations and regulatory requirements. Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods. Lift up to [40 lbs] as needed. Perform repetitive tasks with hands and arms.
