We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Quality Control Associate to join our growing team to become a vital part of ensuring the highest product standards. What You'll Do Perform visual and functional inspections of zippers, sliders, tapes, and related components during production and final packaging stages. Accurately manually count and package finished product Verify proper quantity of items per order. Verify product specifications including size, color, alignment, strength, finish, and functionality. Conduct routine quality checks using measuring instruments, gauges, and testing equipment. Identify, document, and report defects, inconsistencies, or non-conforming materials. Maintain accurate inspection records, quality logs, and production documentation. Assist in root cause analysis and corrective action processes for quality issues. Work closely with production, maintenance, and warehouse teams to resolve quality concerns promptly. Ensure compliance with company quality standards, safety procedures, and customer requirements. Monitor adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and manufacturing guidelines. Support continuous improvement efforts to reduce defects and improve production efficiency. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. What We're Looking For Previous experience in quality control, manufacturing, textile production, or industrial inspection preferred. Experience in zipper, garment trim, textile, or apparel manufacturing is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify minor defects and inconsistencies. Basic understanding of quality assurance processes and inspection methods. Ability to read production specifications, work orders, and quality standards. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
