Job Description

Job description: Leaders Staffing is seeking an experienced Quality Tech - New Model Launches for one of our clients in Adams County, IN. This is a full-time, direct hire position.
Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Quality Technician to support Quality Control and New Model launches in a manufacturing environment. This role focuses on inspections, testing, documentation, and compliance with IATF 16949 and
ISO 14001
standards. Key Responsibilities Perform quality inspections, testing, and validation using lab equipment and hand gauges Support new model / new program quality activities Assist with PPAP, Control Plans, FMEA, and Work Standards Monitor quality, technical, and schedule status; report findings to management Participate in continuous improvement, scrap reduction, and downtime initiatives Support and comply with
IATF 16949, ISO
14001, safety, and 5C activities Communicate effectively with production, team leaders, and management Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Manufacturing or quality environment experience preferred Preferred Skills PPAP, Control Plans, FMEA

Internal or Supplier Auditing Basic lab equipment, hand gauges, computer skills New Program / New Model support experience #
DIRLS Pay:
$24.75 - $29.80 per hour
