Job Description

Job Overview Hours:
Monday-Friday (Some weekends required) 6:30am-3:00pm with mandatory overtime as needed.
Pay:
$17 per hour plus a weekly and monthly attendance bonus! We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing inspections, tests, and analysis to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Responsibilities Conduct inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. Perform dimensional, visual, and functional inspections using various measuring tools and equipment. Record and analyze inspection and test data, identifying trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Investigate non-conformances and deviations from quality standards, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions. Maintain accurate documentation of inspection and test results, including inspection reports, test logs, and quality records. Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures, work instructions, and standards. Participate in internal and external audits, providing support and documentation as needed. Provide training and support to production personnel on quality-related processes and procedures. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality, process efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or technical certification in a related field preferred. Proven experience in quality control or inspection role, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of quality management principles, practices, and methodologies. Proficiency in using measuring tools and equipment, such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in performing inspections and recording data. Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address quality issues in a timely manner. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of relevant quality standards and regulations, such as
IATF16949
2016 /ISO 9001. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as in a team environment. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines.
Pay:
$17.00 per hour
