Job Description

Now Hiring Quality Assurance Operator Indianapolis, IN Pay Rate:
$26.00 per hour 3rd Shift | Sunday - Thursday | 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM (Some required OT as needed) Be the Reason Every Product Passes the Test As a Quality Assurance Operator in Indianapolis, you'll be the one making sure every piece coming off the line meets top standards. Your attention to detail keeps production running smooth and customers coming back. What You'll Need to Get on Board Food manufacturing or quality assurance experience Strong attention to detail and documentation skills Ability to understand written procedures and perform calculations/conversions Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment Flexible to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed

What Your Day Will Look Like Monitor production lines and identify quality or food safety issues Perform analytical and physical testing on finished products and packaging materials Conduct food safety audits, sanitation inspections, and compliance checks Collect and process micro samples from ingredients, water systems, and equipment surfaces Review production documentation to ensure regulatory and company compliance Calibrate and maintain laboratory testing equipment Manage non-conforming products and incoming raw materials Support new product launches and continuous improvement initiatives Train frontline employees and salaried staff on SOPs and quality procedures Participate in Lean Six Sigma and TPM programs Maintain accurate records and laboratory documentation "The people are all great hard workers, and they really care about you.
