Quality Control Technician Job Duties:
To perform inspection of precision components and assemblies using appropriate gauges and measuring instruments To do First Piece Inspection of components To do receiving inspection (raw materials, certifications, dimensional) as it is received in plant To maintain the gauges & upkeep the inspection area To accept or reject a lot in our ERP software To maintain quality records (Inspection reports/files) To review rejections with the MRB Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers on quality concerns Infrequent travel might be required
Qualifications and Experience:
Person with minimum 2-3 years of working knowledge in inspection department Two/four-year college degree is preferred, but experience or on the job training will be considered instead of degree. Able to read blueprints and interpret GD&T Strong math, communication and computer skills, detail oriented. Prefer CNC or CMM knowledge or willing to be trained. Prefer MRB knowledge and experience Prefer gage calibration knowledge and experience •Salary commensurate with
