What will you be doing? Product Inspection & Testing. Examining parts for defects, surface finish, and overall appearance. Measuring parts using tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify dimensions against specifications. Understanding and applying information from technical drawings, specifications, and other documentation. Identify defects and take corrective action to solve problem. Provide feedback on quality issues, plus operational and designs issues. Working with other team members, such as engineers and manufacturing personnel, to address quality issues. Audit various processes to ensure quality procedures are established, documented and followed. Verify procedures are producing desired results. Report Quality and Test results Track, report and identify trends regarding workmanship issues. Provide weekly and monthly reports. Track and investigate problems on product reported from outside of manufacturing. Identify and request potential drawing improvements. Calibrate, test and maintain production and test-associated equipment. Requirements 1+ years' experience testing mechanical and electronic components. Knowledge of testing methods and electrical systems. Must be able to use testing gauges and/or electrical test equipment such as OHM meters. Basic troubleshooting skills. Experience with AC & DC, analog and digital components. Experience assembling, soldering, wiring and repairing electronic components, sub-assemblies and finished goods is highly preferred. Read and interpret drawings, follow workflow, use fundamental math, use testing equipment, test software, fixtures, gauges, and measuring tools to check products and components according to specifications. Demonstrate problem-solving skills, with good oral and written communication skills in English. Evaluate, analyze, test, and troubleshoot a production issue. Correct quality issues when discovered. Must have above average interpersonal skills and be able to work in a team environment to answer any quality related questions. Must be able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously and easily adapt to changing situations. High level of accuracy and attention to detail Preferred experience navigating computer software applications (setting IP address and downloading programs to PLC's) Dependable

Minimum or High School Diploma or equivalent. Two year associate degree in electronics, mechanical or similar technical discipline is preferred.
