Job Description

Pay Rate
  • $25.00 to $30.00 hourly Shift hours
  • 8 hours a day, approximately 7am
  • 4pm with hour lunch break Job description Maintain detailed records of customer returns and ensure all returned parts are properly logged, evaluated, and routed for engineering review.
Perform parts evaluation, documenting findings clearly and preparing reports for Engineering to support root-cause analysis, warranty validation, and final part disposition decisions. Collaborate closely with warranty administrative support to maintain consistent throughput of claims within customer-defined timelines.. Qualifications Minimum of six years of parts evaluation, data processing, and reporting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Experience with warranty and quality processes preferred; general accounting experience is beneficial.
