Job Title:
Quality Control Clerk Job Description We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) Clerk to support documentation and quality control efforts at the Small Molecule Project. This role is critical in the research and development of molecular therapies aimed at combating disease. You will be part of a significant project, recently expanded to over $490 million, scheduled for completion by 2027. This position is based at the peptide trailer in Lebanon, Indiana, offering a 12-18 month contract with 50+ hours a week. Will work most Saturdays. Schedule is 6AM-6PM Monday-Friday and 6AM-3PM on Saturdays. Responsibilities Maintain and update QA/QC documentation, including inspection reports and test results, while tracking and filing project records. Coordinate with field teams to ensure proper documentation control of inspections and quality checks. Support the QA/QC Manager in preparing reports for clients and project leadership. Organize and maintain quality-related files in both digital and physical formats. Essential Skills At least 1 year of experience in a clerical or administrative support role. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team. Comfortable with printing, scanning, and managing document check-in/check-out. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in a construction or industrial environment. Familiarity with construction or quality control software. Experience in a pharmaceutical setting or with quality control and data entry. Work Environment The work schedule consists of 6 days per week, with five 10-hour shifts and one 8-hour shift. You will work 50 - 60 hours per week with guaranteed overtime. This role offers the opportunity to work on one of Indiana's most prestigious and largest projects, with the potential for contract-to-hire opportunities for the right candidates. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Lebanon, IN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
