Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team in Ligonier, IN, as a Quality Tech! In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, passionate about quality assurance, and eager to contribute to a collaborative work environment. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and want to make a difference, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Conduct regular inspections and tests on products to ensure compliance with quality standards. Document and report any quality issues or non-conformities to the appropriate teams. Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures. Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement. Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action processes. Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality metrics. Support training initiatives for staff on quality standards and best practices. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; further education in quality assurance or a related field is a plus. Previous experience in a quality assurance or quality control role preferred. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with quality management systems and tools. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis software.
