Immediate About T Productions T Productions is a contract screen printing and custom apparel company based in Mishawaka, Indiana. We print for promotional product distributors, brands, and resellers across the Midwest. Our shop runs on reliability, attention to detail, and teamwork — and we hire people who take pride in doing the job right the first time. About the Role The Catcher is the final set of eyes on every shirt before it goes in the box. Positioned at the end of the dryer belt, you are the last line of defense between our press and the customer. If something is wrong, you catch it — that's the job, and it matters. This is a seasonal full-time position running through October , with the potential to convert to permanent full-time based on performance. Strong performers will be first in line for permanent positions at the end of the season. If you're looking for a foot in the door at a stable, growing print shop, this is it. What You'll Do Inspect garments coming off the dryer belt for print quality, color accuracy, registration, and ink coverage Verify spelling, artwork placement, and design accuracy against the work order Count and sort shirts by size and style according to packing slips Flag misprints, stains, or defects and route them appropriately Fold, stack, and prepare finished goods for packing Keep your station clean, organized, and ready for the next run Communicate clearly with press operators when issues are spotted on press Support the production team with other tasks as needed What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail — you notice things other people miss Reliable and punctual: regular, on-time attendance is non-negotiable Able to stand for full shifts and lift up to 40 lbs repeatedly Comfortable working at a steady production pace Reads English well enough to verify spelling and match work orders Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn Closed-toe shoes required on the production floor Previous screen printing, production, warehouse, or quality control experience is a plus but not required — we will train the right person Schedule & Hours Monday - Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (with a 30-minute unpaid lunch) 40 hours per week through peak season , with hours potentially reducing to approximately 30 hours per week as the season winds down toward October Consistent daily schedule — any hour reductions will be communicated in advance Pay $16.00 - $18.00 per hour, based on experience Weekly pay, direct deposit available Season & Path to Permanent This is a seasonal role running through October , but it's also a working interview. We're looking for people we can keep. Catchers who demonstrate strong attendance, attention to detail, and a good attitude during the season will be first in line for permanent full-time positions — including potential growth into press operator or other production roles. The First 90 Days New hires complete a 90-day introductory period during which we'll train you on our quality standards, equipment, and workflow.
