What You'll Be Doing Conduct routine sampling and testing of raw materials, clinker, cement, and other products to ensure quality standards are met Monitor and adjust production processes by communicating test results and recommendations to operations teams Maintain accurate records of test data and quality reports in compliance with company and regulatory standards Inspect laboratory equipment, perform calibrations, and ensure proper maintenance for reliable testing outcomes Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying trends and opportunities to enhance product quality and consistency What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to perform laboratory testing, analyze results, and apply findings to operational decisions Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accuracy in data collection and reporting Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams in a production environment Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting Commitment to safety, quality standards, and continuous learning and improvement Work Environment This role operates in a combination of laboratory and industrial plant environments. The position may require working around heavy equipment, exposure to varying temperatures, and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends or overtime as needed, may be required.
