Job Description

Paint Inspector$20/hr1st shift 7am-3:30pm Company Overview Our client is a leading designer, manufacturer, and retailer of sporting goods, equipment, and athletic apparel. With a strong presence in both physical stores and online, the company is known for its innovative products and commitment to quality. Job Summary As a Paint Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the high-quality standards of our paint products. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for thoroughly inspecting and evaluating paint samples to identify any defects or inconsistencies. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive inspections of paint samples to assess color, texture, and overall quality
  • Identify and document any deviations from established paint specifications and standards
  • Collaborate with the production team to address and resolve any quality issues
  • Maintain detailed records of inspection findings and communicate results to the appropriate stakeholders
  • Continuously monitor the paint production process and recommend process improvements to enhance quality Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in a paint inspection or quality control role
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify even minor paint flaws or inconsistencies
  • Proficient in using specialized inspection equipment and tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Compensation and Benefits Hourly rate of $20 per hour.
