• Job Summary:

• This critical role is responsible for maintaining product excellence and supporting our production team by identifying non-conforming materials and finished goods. Conduct thorough visual and hands-on inspections of Heartland Automotive products throughout the manufacturing process to identify defects, inconsistencies, and non-conformance to established quality standards.
• Verify product integrity and adherence to specifications, drawings, and quality control procedures.
• Document inspection results accurately and communicate findings to appropriate personnel.
• Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues promptly and assist in resolution efforts.
