Job Description

Electrical quality inspection role focused on NEC/UL compliance, wiring inspection, defect documentation, audits, and test result review. Job Requirements High school diploma 2 or more years of related experience Blueprint and schematic reading experience Knowledge of high-voltage equipment Knowledge of NEC and UL code compliance requirements Experience inspecting electrical wiring, raceways, grounding, bonding, and terminations Experience reviewing wiring diagrams and technical drawings Experience reviewing test results Ability to stand or walk most of an 8-10 hour shift Ability to climb ladders up to 15 feet Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to push or pull up to 100 lbs occasionally Ability to wear required PPE at all times Preferred Skills Some college coursework Factory acceptance testing support experience Customer quality audit support experience NCR documentation experience QA/QC checklist experience Electrical production quality experience Responsibilities Inspect electrical wiring, raceways, grounding, bonding, and terminations for NEC and UL code compliance Review wiring diagrams and technical drawings to identify installation errors Generate non-conformance reports Complete QA/QC checklists Document defects for engineering review Review test results and approve accept or reject decisions Guide electrical staff on production quality standards Verify materials through audits and inspections Verify finished products through audits and inspections Support factory acceptance testing Support customer quality audits
