ABOUT THE JOB
The main function of this position is to ensure the accuracy of documentation and alignment with customer requirements as a final check that parts are conforming before being delivered to the customer. Must have attention to detail, good typing skills, and work at a good pace to keep up with current production demands.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Verify accuracy and completeness of documentation Make judgement calls on parts to ensure they meet company inspection criteria and PO requirements Sign Certification of Conformance (CoC) that orders have been completed per the Purchase Order Check temperature, pH, or PPM of tanks and record data Complete simple process testing as required Complete processing audits as required Follow written and verbal instructions Review Hold Shelf to determine proper QC disposition Must be able to pass color-blindness test
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
None.
SKILLS:
Basic ability to use a computer and Microsoft Office tools to enter and review quality inspection data. High competency level to understand compliance to specifications and regulatory requirements
