Job Description
Quality Assurance Technician Be the reason our products exceed expectations—every single time. About the Role At the heart of our operation is quality—and that's where you come in. As a Quality Assurance Technician , you are the gatekeeper of excellence. You'll play a critical role in ensuring every product leaving our facility meets the highest standards of precision, performance, and reliability. What You'll Do You won't just inspect products—you'll elevate the entire process: Own Quality from Start to Finish
- Perform inspections, measurements, and testing on materials and finished goods across all stages of production Detect & Solve
- Identify defects, non-conformities, and opportunities for improvement using precision tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges Turn Data into Action
- Document findings, generate reports, and communicate insights that drive better outcomes Be a Process Champion
- Monitor workflows, partner with production teams, and implement corrective and preventative solutions Drive Continuous Improvement
- Lead root cause analysis and recommend changes that reduce defects and increase efficiency Ensure Compliance
- Keep us aligned with industry standards, internal procedures, and best practices Train & Influence
- Support and guide team members on quality standards and inspection techniques Collaborate Across Teams
- Work closely with engineering, production, and leadership to solve problems and improve performance Maintain Precision Tools
- Ensure inspection equipment is calibrated, functional, and ready for action What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent (technical training in quality control is a plus) Strong knowledge of quality control principles and inspection methods Hands-on experience with precision measurement tools Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Sharp attention to detail—you notice what others don't Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Solid communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally Familiarity with ISO standards or Six Sigma (a plus) What Sets You Apart You take ownership of quality—not just your tasks You're proactive, not reactive You thrive in a fast-paced environment where accuracy matters You're always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes Work Environment & Physical Requirements This role operates in a dynamic manufacturing setting.
