βœ… Full Benefits Package βœ… Consistent Overtime Available βœ… Stable, Long-Term Career Opportunity βœ… Family-Owned Company Culture βœ… Direct Access to Leadership βœ… Opportunity for Long-Term Growth 🎯 What You'll Do As a key member of the quality team, you'll help ensure products meet both customer and internal quality standards. πŸ”Ή Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections πŸ”Ή Inspect manufactured components for accuracy and conformance to specifications πŸ”Ή Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical documents πŸ”Ή Use calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other precision measuring instruments πŸ”Ή Inspect welded assemblies and support weld quality verification processes πŸ”Ή Cut and etch welds for quality verification when required πŸ”Ή Identify non-conforming materials and assist with corrective actions πŸ”Ή Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and calibration documentation πŸ”Ή Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives πŸ”Ή Assist with
ISO 9000
