✅ Full Benefits Package ✅ Consistent Overtime Available ✅ Stable, Long-Term Career Opportunity ✅ Family-Owned Company Culture ✅ Direct Access to Leadership ✅ Opportunity for Long-Term Growth 🎯 What You'll Do As a key member of the quality team, you'll help ensure products meet both customer and internal quality standards. 🔹 Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections 🔹 Inspect manufactured components for accuracy and conformance to specifications 🔹 Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical documents 🔹 Use calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other precision measuring instruments 🔹 Inspect welded assemblies and support weld quality verification processes 🔹 Cut and etch welds for quality verification when required 🔹 Identify non-conforming materials and assist with corrective actions 🔹 Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and calibration documentation 🔹 Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives 🔹 Assist with

ISO 9000
