In this role, you will lead the testing and analysis of materials used in manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and driving product excellence. Your expertise will support the development of new materials and improve existing products through rigorous testing, data collection, and technical analysis. Responsibilities Design and execute comprehensive testing protocols for various materials Analyze test data meticulously to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for product improvement or research advancement. Collaborate with product development teams to support research & development initiatives by providing technical insights on material selection and fabrication techniques. Maintain detailed records of all testing procedures, results, and quality control documentation while adhering to industry standards for laboratory safety and accuracy. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science preferred Proven experience in laboratory testing, materials analysis, or research & development within pulp, paper, chemicals, and/or polymers Experience with data collection methods, statistical analysis, and interpretation of test results for quality control purposes.
