Hours:
6:00am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday, Overtime 2-3 Fridays a month Join a growing team as a Quality Inspector where your attention to detail and commitment to quality will make a direct impact on the products shipped to customers. This hands-on role is perfect for someone with manufacturing and quality experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, solving problems, and helping improve processes. Youll play a key role in inspections, documentation review, identifying quality issues, and supporting continuous improvement efforts while working alongside a collaborative production team. Dont miss this associate to hire opportunity in Raymore, MO. Quality Inspector Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Audit inspection paperwork for accuracy and completion
  • Provide recommendations for documentation updates and process improvements
  • Identify and report gaps between documented work instructions, BOMs, and actual work practices
  • Promote compliance with company quality policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the quality department
  • Conduct in-process inspections throughout production
  • Complete finished product inspections prior to shipment (not allowed to sign off)
  • Review and verify Document History Records for completeness before releasing products for shipment
  • Assist with product builds as needed and maintain understanding of the production process
  • Identify nonconforming products and ensure proper quarantine and control procedures are followed according to
SOPs Quality Inspector Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of quality inspection experience in a fast-paced production environment
  • Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Work performed in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment with some exposure to outdoor conditions
  • Frequent standing, bending, stooping, and lifting required
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to present information effectively to a diverse audience
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
