This position is responsible for weighing trucks, preparing tickets, and assisting with customer service at the plant.

Responsibilities:

Weigh inbound and outbound trucks using the scale system Issue load tickets and maintain accurate records Communicate with drivers, dispatch, and plant personnel Answer phones and assist customers with orders and questions Maintain daily reports and documentation Ensure safe and efficient traffic flow at the plant

Qualifications:

Strong communication and customer service skills Basic computer and data entry experience Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable and punctual Previous scale house or construction industry experience is a plus, but not required
