Job Description

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Your day-to-day will keep you engaged, challenged, and constantly learning: Conduct proactive manufacturing inspections and final product reviews across the facility Interpret engineering blueprints and verify products meet dimensional specifications and tolerances Identify defects, troubleshoot root causes, and recommend corrective actions Manage the MRB (Material Review Board) process — monitor, report, and ensure resolution of all non-conformances Maintain and analyze quality data; build trend charts and update KPI boards Approve outbound products through visual inspections and functional testing Ensure calibration of all measurement equipment, including the Keyence Measurement System Create and maintain work instructions and forms tied to the ISO quality system Support internal audits and contribute to
ISO 9001
compliance Collaborate with production staff, engineers, and supervisors to raise quality standards company-wide
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required Technical/vocational training or associate degree in Quality Management, Manufacturing Technology, or related field — strongly preferred 1-2 years of quality control or inspection experience in a manufacturing setting preferred ASO certification or willingness to pursue Experience with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems is a big plus Technical Skills Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints and GD&T drawings Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience with Quality Management Software (QMS) and ERP systems Willingness to learn and operate the Keyence Measurement System The Right Mindset Exceptional attention to detail — you notice what others miss Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Honest and unwavering when it comes to quality standards (no compromises!) Clear communicator who can work cross-functionally with production, engineering, and management Self-motivated and comfortable working independently or as part of a team
