Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Quality Technician and become a vital part of our commitment to excellence in manufacturing and product safety. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that all products meet rigorous quality standards, comply with industry regulations, and uphold our company's reputation for superior quality. Your keen eye for detail, analytical skills, and dedication to continuous improvement will assist in the success of our quality management systems and support our mission to deliver safe, reliable, and high-quality products to our customers. Duties Conduct thorough quality inspections using precision measuring instruments and vision inspection systems to verify product dimensions and specifications. Perform detailed quality audits in accordance with our quality management system and other relevant standards to ensure compliance across manufacturing processes. Utilize data collection tools and analysis skills to identify trends, root causes of defects, and areas for process improvement. Affix tags and other documentation to approved or rejected product. Assist in maintaining and updating quality documentation, records, and reports to support internal audits and external regulatory inspections. Collaborate with cross-functional teams during quality assurance activities to implement corrective actions and improve overall product quality. Calibration and maintenance of gauge control system. Complies with housekeeping requirements and health and safety rules established by the Company and OSHA. Skills Excellent communications skills both in writing and speaking. Blueprint reading. Knowledge of quality control techniques including visual inspection systems, use of measuring equipment and data collection methods. Ability to perform comprehensive quality audits and analyze inspection data effectively. Excellent computer skills. Knowledge of calibration procedures. Excellent attention to detail combined with strong analysis skills to identify deviations from specifications promptly. Effective communication skills for documenting findings clearly and collaborating with team members on corrective actions. Pay:
$18.00 - $19.00 per hour
