QC/Wrapper

Job Title:

QC-Wrapper -FT-TTH Reports to:

8am-4pm (Mon-Fri) (Sat) 7am-12pm $17hr

Position Summary:

The Wrapper within the Quality Control department is responsible for completing the final inspection of quality and packing of the product before it is moved to the shipping department.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspects materials such as metals, gemstones and other components to ensure they meet the required specifications and quality standards promised on the customer's work order Performs the final review of work order materials to check for consistency between the product and customer orders prior to the item being packed up for shipping makes the final determination on if the work completed internally has been properly done according to the customer's specifications maintains detailed records of quality control inspections and actions taken for tracking purposes within the company's tracking system Scans item into the computer for tracking purposes Takes pictures of items using the company's software tracking system performs all other duties as assigned

Role Requirements:

Education:

High School Diploma preferred and 6 months of relevant experience preferred

Licenses:

Valid Driver's License preferred.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; stand; use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee may be required to walk; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 5 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus. The employee might come in contact with chemicals and cleaners. The employee might be required to wear Proper Protective Equipment if working with certain chemicals or certain areas.

Rate (Up to): $17.00 - $17.00
