Crown Staffing is currently seeking a Quality Control Specialist for a manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who has an eye for detail, enjoys hands-on technical work, and takes pride in making sure products meet high-quality standards before they reach customers. Schedule Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pay DOE (Based on Experience) Interview / Resume RequiredPosition Overview This role focuses on inspecting products during and after production to ensure quality expectations are met. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with measurements, technical specifications, and documentation while partnering with production teams to resolve quality concerns. You will play a key role in identifying issues early, supporting corrective actions, and helping improve overall product consistency. Job Duties Inspect finished products and subassemblies for quality standards Perform checks during final testing and product validation Record inspection results and maintain accurate documentation Identify defects or non-conforming materials Assist with rework coordination and corrective actions Work closely with production and engineering teams on quality issues Support audits and quality reporting needs Help improve inspection processes and procedures Participate in continuous improvement efforts What We're Looking For Experience in manufacturing, inspection, or quality-related roles Ability to read technical drawings or specifications Comfortable using measuring tools and inspection equipment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and teamwork skills Problem-solving mindset Nice to
