Job Description

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with industry regulations. You will be responsible for implementing quality assurance processes, conducting inspections, and maintaining compliance with FDA regulations and
ISO 9001
standards. If you have a passion for quality management and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Conduct quality inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications. Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers to assess product dimensions and tolerances. Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols in accordance with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices). Collaborate with production teams to fabricate products that meet quality standards. Document inspection results and maintain accurate records in compliance with FDA regulations. Utilize software for data analysis and reporting on quality metrics. Participate in internal audits and assist in the preparation for external audits related to
ISO 9001
certification. Identify areas for improvement within the quality management system and recommend corrective actions as necessary. Requirements Proven experience in quality assurance or a related field, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Experience using precision measuring instruments, including calipers, is required. Knowledge of
ISO 9001
standards and quality management principles is preferred. Proficiency in using software for quality inspection and data analysis is a plus. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to identify defects or deviations from specifications. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
