- 28/hour depending on experience Position Overview We are seeking a Quality Control Laboratory Technician to support laboratory testing and quality assurance activities within a manufacturing environment.
This role is responsible for conducting analytical and physical testing on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and production standards. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating analytical instrumentation, interpreting laboratory results, maintaining calibration records, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-paced industrial laboratory. Key Responsibilities Conduct laboratory testing on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to verify compliance with quality and safety standards Perform chemical and physical analyses including titrations, spectroscopy, chromatography, and other analytical testing methods Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation and testing equipment Accurately document and interpret analytical results while maintaining traceability and compliance records Investigate anomalous test results and assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions Support development, validation, and implementation of laboratory testing methods and quality procedures Maintain calibration programs and calibration documentation for laboratory equipment Ensure compliance with laboratory safety procedures, SOPs, and ISO quality standards Collaborate with Quality, Production, and Operations teams to support manufacturing processes and product quality Monitor laboratory inventory levels for chemicals, consumables, and testing supplies
