Temp-to-Hire Quality Inspector Requirements Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Basic math and measurement skills Ability to use gauges, scales, and other measuring equipment Ability to follow work instructions and quality standards Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 75 lbs occasionally Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and problem-solving skills Key Responsibilities Inspect finished products to ensure customer and company quality standards are met Use measuring tools and testing equipment to verify product specifications Identify, document, and remove non-conforming products from production Assemble, pack, label, and stack products according to work instructions Sort, transfer, and palletize finished products efficiently and accurately Read production schedules and follow pallet configurations as directed Move products to designated staging and shipping areas Complete quality inspections and production records accurately Report mechanical, electrical, safety, or quality concerns to supervisors Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and good manufacturing practices Participate in continuous improvement and workplace safety initiatives Benefits Weekly Pay Temp-to-Hire Opportunity Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Referral Program Supportive Team Environment About Crown Staffing Crown Staffing is hiring Quality Inspectors for a manufacturing facility in Shelbyville, KY.
