In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet strict quality standards and comply with industry regulations. Your keen eye for detail, combined with your technical expertise, will help maintain the integrity of our products and uphold our reputation for excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-quality manufacturing processes and continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems. Utilize advanced measurement tools including coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to verify dimensional accuracy and geometric tolerances. Perform quality audits in accordance with
ISO 13485, ISO
9001, and other relevant standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as FDA regulations. Document inspection results accurately through detailed data collection and reporting, supporting traceability and quality management systems. Identify non-conformities or deviations from specifications; initiate corrective actions following established QA/QC procedures. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to resolve quality issues promptly and implement process improvements aligned with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP principles where applicable. Support ongoing calibration and maintenance of precision measuring instruments to guarantee measurement accuracy. Skills Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, quality control techniques, and quality management systems. Experience working within manufacturing environments adhering to
ISO 13485, ISO
9001, CGMP, and HACCP standards. Proficiency in using Calypso software for data analysis and reporting is a plus. Familiarity with FDA regulations related to medical devices or food safety is highly desirable. Skilled in operating precision measurement instruments such as calipers, micrometers, vision inspection systems, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM). Excellent analysis skills to interpret inspection data and identify root causes of quality issues. Ability to perform comprehensive quality audits and participate in internal or supplier audits effectively. Strong attention to detail combined with good communication skills for clear documentation and teamwork.
