Description Adecco Staffing is working with a leading medical manufacturing company to bring on experienced Assembly/Test Technicians on a temp-to-hire basis. Shift:
Thursday - Monday, 5:00am - 1:30pm
Pay:
$22.50/hour
Location:
Bedford, MA Job Duties:
  • Conduct final functional testing of instruments and sub-assemblies using test fixtures
  • Verify test findings and accurately record results on appropriate documentation
  • Report discrepancies and testing issues to supervisors
  • Perform assembly work as needed to support production requirements
  • Maintain detailed failure reports and document corrective actions
  • Follow all testing procedures and identify any discrepancies between procedures and processes
  • Perform operator maintenance on testing fixtures and devices
  • Conduct inventory cycle counts as assigned
  • Maintain 5S standards and a clean, organized work area
  • Follow all company safety policies and quality standards
Requirements:
  • Previous manufacturing, assembly, or testing experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
  • Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions
  • Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attendance and reliability required
  • Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment is a plus

Pay Details:
