Full-Time About the Opportunity A leading manufacturer in the robotics industry is seeking an experienced Mechanical Quality Inspector to join its team in the greater Woburn, Massachusetts area. This is a hands-on role focused on precision inspection of complex mechanical components using advanced metrology equipment. Key Responsibilities Perform mechanical and dimensional inspections on precision components and assemblies Operate and program CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines) for accurate measurement and validation Interpret and apply GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) standards Utilize inspection tools including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other metrology equipment Analyze inspection data and document results clearly and accurately Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure product quality and compliance Required Qualifications 7+ years of mechanical/dimensional inspection experience in a manufacturing environment Strong hands-on experience with CMM inspection Proficiency with PC-DMIS software Solid understanding and application of GD&T principles Preferred Qualifications Experience with Calypso programming Hands-on experience with Zeiss and/or Hexagon CMM machines Background in high-precision or advanced manufacturing environments (robotics, aerospace, etc.) Why This Role Work with cutting-edge robotics technology Join a stable and growing manufacturing organization Competitive compensation and benefits package Opportunity to work with advanced inspection equipment and processes

Pay:

$37.00 - $43.00 per hour
