Quality Inspector

Summary:

Seeking a Quality Inspector with experience in product inspection and quality control, specifically in medical consumables or plastic injection molding. High school diploma or technical school graduate Prior experience in product inspection or quality control Familiarity with measurement tools such as microscopes, calipers, and projectors Proficient in basic office software (e.g., Excel, Word) Experience in medical consumables or plastic injection molding is a plus Basic understanding of quality concepts and problem-solving logic

Preferred Skills:

Basic Mandarin language communication/reading/writing skills Working knowledge of an injection molding facility Understanding of

ISO 13485

quality system requirements

Job Responsibilities:

Perform incoming material verification and sampling inspection Conduct first article inspections for injection-molded components Execute in-process inspections including visual inspection, dimensional measurements, functional testing Identify and trace non-conforming products during production Conduct final inspections for packaging and labeling before releasing to warehouse Update SIP (Standard Inspection Procedures) documents as needed Support calibration management of testing and measurement equipment
