We are looking for a quality manager to join our team who is responsible for maintaining and improving quality management systems, ensuring compliance with AS9100D and
CMMC 2.0
while driving audit readiness and continuous improvement.
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain and continuously improve the company's Quality Management System in accordance with AS9100D standards. Lead internal audit planning, execution, and follow-up actions. Support implementation and ongoing compliance of
CMMC 2.0
requirements. Ensure documentation, procedures, and records are accurate, current, and audit ready Own and manage corrective and preventative action processes, including root cause analysis and resolution tracking. Promote a culture of process discipline and continuous improvement. Oversee incoming and outgoing inspection processes to ensure product conformity. Partner with warehouse and sales operations to improve order entry, inspection workflows, accuracy, and efficiency. Track, analyze, and report key quality metrics, including customer and supplier OTD and quality performance. Complete First Article Inspection Reports as required by customers.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
5-10 years of experience in a quality role within a manufacturing, distribution, or regulated environment Strong working knowledge of AS9100 (or
ISO 9001
) quality systems and internal auditing Experience managing or participating in audits (internal and external) Familiarity with CMMC, NIST, or similar compliance frameworks is a strong plus Strong written and verbal communication skills
Pay:
$75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
