Full Job Description Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Inspector with experience with high-reliability, zero-defect products. You'll have the unique opportunity to work hands-on with satellite components and systems as well as collaborate with a passionate team.
Responsibilities:
Inspect electronic components and subassemblies for adherence to strict quality and reliability standards, ensuring mission-critical systems meet the highest quality standards. Conduct thorough visual and mechanical inspections on electronics systems in various stages of production. Collaborate with engineers and production teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues. Analyze and interpret inspection data to drive continuous improvement in product quality and reliability.
Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Control within the electronics, aerospace, or related industries. Strong knowledge of electronics inspection techniques and industry standards. Prior experience with J-STD-001, IPC-610, and/or
NASA 8739
inspection techniques. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Good written and verbal communication skills.
