This role is critical in ensuring our plastic products meet customer specifications and quality standards. We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, hands-on, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Perform in-process and final inspections on plastic manufactured products Measure and verify product dimensions and specifications Document inspection results and maintain quality records Identify defects, non-conformances, and support corrective actions Work closely with production teams to maintain quality standards Help ensure compliance with safety and manufacturing procedures
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent Basic Computer skills and proficiency Experience in quality control or manufacturing preferred Proficient GD & T skills Knowledge with measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to read product drawings, work instructions, and product specifications Reliable, organized, and team-oriented mindset
