Job Description

SOKOL GxP Services is a trusted partner to life sciences companies, delivering tailored CQV and compliance solutions to ensure regulatory adherence, product quality, and patient safety. Our team supports pharmaceutical organizations with workforce solutions, providing validation engineers, compliance experts, project managers, and technical staff to help scale operations efficiently. As a Quality Control Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining high standards for drug substance quality and compliance. Working on-site in Devens, MA, you will contribute to routine laboratory operations within a cGMP-compliant environment, supporting the release and stability of pharmaceutical products.
Key responsibilities include:
Perform routine testing and data review of raw materials, in-process, batch release, and stability samples of bulk drug substance. Execute standard procedures based on assigned QC sub-team methodologies. Document and complete assignments in LIMS according to applicable curricula maps. Maintain strict adherence to cGMP guidelines and laboratory protocols. Ensure accuracy and consistency in laboratory measurements and data recording. Observe work area and tools, proactively reporting discrepancies from standard practices or procedures. Collaborate with team members to support continuous improvement and compliance initiatives.
Requirements Required Qualifications:
Associate degree in physical sciences, life sciences, or a related discipline. 0-3 years of quality control or laboratory experience. Familiarity with basic lab techniques including pH measurement, appearance testing, volumetric measurement, pipetting, and analytical weighing. Working knowledge of basic electronic systems such as email and Microsoft Office. Experience using a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) to document and complete lab assignments. Experience working in a cGMP-compliant environment. Authorization to work in the United States.

Bachelor's degree in physical sciences, life sciences, or a related discipline Experience performing routine testing and data review of raw materials, in-process, batch release, and stability samples Experience following lab safety practices and SOPs when handling hazardous materials Benefits Competitive hourly pay rate of $28-$32.20.
