As a Post Processing Technician 3, you'll take the lead in our Processing department, overseeing daily operations while actively contributing to every step of the process-from harvest to cure. Working closely with the Processing Supervisor, you'll help coordinate team tasks, uphold quality standards, and keep our workflow running smoothly across trimming, bucking, inspections, sorting, and inventory control. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment but brings flexibility, focus, and a sharp eye for detail. Previous experience is preferred but not required-we're happy to train the right person with the right attitude. If you're ready to grow your career in a supportive, start-up environment where no two days are the same, we'd love to hear from you.
