Please independently verify any critical information before relying on it. Description Adecco is hiring for QC Inspectors for a manufacturer in Peabody! These are temp to perm opportunities. 1st shift schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-330pm $27-29 per hour 2nd shift schedule: Monday-Thursday 230pm-1am $28-31 per hour
Core Responsibilities Testing & Evaluation:
Inspect products at various production stages using tools like calipers, gauges, micrometers, and automated software.
Compliance:
Verify that manufacturing processes and assembled parts align with blueprints, design specifications, and industry regulations.
Defect Management:
Identify flaws, reject defective materials, and remove non-conforming items from the assembly line.
Documentation:
Record inspection results, input data into quality databases, and generate detailed reports for management.
Calibration:
Ensure testing and measurement equipment is calibrated properly and call for maintenance when necessary.
Key Skills & Qualifications Detail-Oriented:
Ability to focus and identify minute flaws, deviations, or inconsistencies.
Technical Proficiency:
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Math & Analytical Skills:
Basic math proficiency for measuring, calibrating, and analyzing tolerance ranges.
Communication:
Ability to relay defects clearly to supervisors, QA teams, and production workers to suggest process corrections. If interested, apply here directly!
Pay Details:
