This is a quality‑first role for someone with 2+ years of manufacturing quality experience who enjoys working directly with production teams—not sitting behind a desk. Duties and Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary quality presence on the production floor, ensuring product consistency and adherence to quality standards Perform daily quality inspections and process checks throughout manufacturing operations Identify quality issues and work directly with production teams to correct root causes, not just document findings Act as a change agent, influencing behaviors and driving continuous improvement across shifts and departments Communicate quality expectations clearly and coach operators on proper processes and standards Track, document, and report quality metrics, trends, and corrective actions Partner with leadership to improve systems, procedures, and controls impacting product quality Support plant safety efforts through observations, reporting, and compliance checks while on the floor Participate in safety audits, peer observations, and leading‑indicator programs Ensure compliance with internal quality and safety policies and applicable regulations Assist with training production employees on quality and safety best practices Maintain organized records, documentation, and inspection data Collaborate cross‑functionally with operations, maintenance, and management teams About the
