Quality Assurance Specialist

Robert Half Quality Assurance Specialist Middleton, MA Apply Description We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Middleton, Massachusetts. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining product reliability and ensuring compliance with industry standards. This is a long-term contract position offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to quality control processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect samples and raw materials to identify and address defects or inconsistencies.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality.
• Ensure compliance with AS9100D standards and maintain necessary documentation.
• Monitor production throughput and provide guidance to optimize efficiency.
• Assist in the shipping process to ensure products meet quality standards before delivery.
• Develop and implement inspection criteria and procedures to enhance quality assurance.
• Collaborate with production teams to align objectives and improve product reliability while minimizing costs.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to drive continuous improvement in quality processes. Requirements
• Proven experience in manual testing and quality assurance processes.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance standards, including AS9100D compliance.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot product defects effectively.
• Excellent collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with quality assurance testing and procedures.
• Experience in managing projects across multiple departments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
