Qualifications of Mechanical Inspector:
2 + Years of Quality Control/Inspection in Machine/ Fabrication Shop Or Manufacturing setting required Ability to read blueprints and Basic Computer tasks required (Hybrid Inspection/Admin Support Position) Microsoft Office suite (Excel/Word/Outlook) experience required Experience Communicating with Customers about Part Issues/Quality preferred Experience Processing RMA Requests / Quality Records preferred Experience in Defense / Semi Conductor Manufacturing (Sheet Metal/Custom Machine Shop) preferred Benefits for

Responsibilities of Mechanical Inspector:
This role involves inspecting sheet metal and machined components in a fabrication and machine shop Inspect the quality of parts such as brackets, covers, and chassis for the defense, semiconductor, and medical device industries Responsibilities include verifying that parts meet engineering drawings, specifications, and tolerances and performing mechanical inspections on manufactured parts and completing first-piece inspections on select machines Additional duties may include documenting inspection results, processing RMA requests, tracking quality issues, and communicating with customers about part discrepancies or specification changes Participate/conduct/assist with QA training. Track, monitor, document, and review quality investigations based on specifications. Please be on the lookout for a (774) area code calling you.
