Quality Technician

Cavallero Plastics is an ISO9001 certified injection molding company seeking an experienced Quality Technician for immediate hire.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities and Requirements:

Must be able to read part prints and engineering drawings. Must have great attention to detail. Able to read and follow control plans and instructions. Proficient use of all common handheld inspection equipment as well as vision systems, manual and CNC CMM's, and other specialty gages. Perform incoming/first piece inspections, maintain all documentation, analyze historical data and communicate with production team. Perform first article inspections and reporting. Ensures that products meet the organizations and customers' quality and product integrity requirements. Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Extensive knowledge of or the ability to quickly learn quality & production processes. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across departments. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

$24.00 - $30.00 per hour
