Job Description:
Precision Inspector Framingham MA 1st and 2nd shifts available 35.00 - 40.00 depending on experience temp to perm opportunity Responsible for inspecting manufactured parts to ensure conformance to engineering drawings and specifications. This role uses precision measuring instruments including vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, and Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM). Key Responsibilities Inspect parts using vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, and CMM equipment. Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and engineering specifications. Verify dimensional accuracy and compliance with quality standards. Document inspection results and report nonconformances. Maintain calibration awareness of inspection tools. Work closely with production and quality teams to resolve issues. Qualifications Experience using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, verniers and gauges) Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic computer and documentation skills Manufacturing or quality inspection experience preferred.
