We are growing and looking for reliable, detail-oriented Inspectors & Packers to join our production team. If you have manufacturing experience and take pride in quality work, this is a great long-term opportunity. What You'll Do Inspect finished products to ensure they meet strict quality standards Pack and label products for shipment Work on an assembly line with various materials and processes Use gauges, jigs, and measuring tools to verify specifications Perform basic machine setup and operate equipment as needed Move materials for staging, storage, and shipping Assist with inventory and general production support Maintain accurate production and quality records Support routine maintenance and keep work areas clean (5S standards) Follow all safety and quality procedures What We're Looking For 2+ years of manufacturing experience Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) Ability to read and write in English Comfortable using measuring tools and following processes Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Preferred (Nice to Have) Experience with gauges, calipers, or micrometers Background in inspection, quality control, or packaging Basic computer or data entry skills Pay & Benefits $18.00
