Quality Control Inspector Tyngsboro, MA Apply Quality Control Inspector Piconics Inc , a leading manufacturer of Inductor components for the RF & MW Industry is seeking highly motivated individuals to join the Quality Control Department. Candidate must possess fine motor skill, good hand eye coordination and the ability to work under a microscope for extended periods of time. The position is first shift with flexible start times.

Typical Responsibilities/Duties:

• Perform visual inspection of inductor components and assemblies according to established procedures, specification drawings and both written and verbal instructions.
• Handling of fine wire & micro-sized components with tweezers.
• Ability to use metrology equipment such as rulers, pin gauges and Vernier calipers.
• Filling out work documentation to record defects.
• Recording time & piece counts on work travelers Qualifications /

Experience:

• Fine motor skill & good hand-eye coordination.
• Proficient with the use of tweezers and other small hand tool.
• Ability to work under a microscope for extended periods of time.
• Ability to follow both written and verbal work instructions.
• Positive attitude and a team player.
• English is required.
• Previous Q.
