Job Description:
Overview We are seeking a detail?oriented Quality Technician / Quality Inspector to support product quality, material evaluation, and non?conformance resolution in a manufacturing environment. This role works closely with Quality Assurance, Engineering, Customer Service, and global product support teams to ensure all materials and assemblies meet required specifications and standards. The ideal candidate has strong inspection experience, excellent documentation skills, and the ability to communicate technical findings clearly across teams and customers. Responsibilities Inspect and evaluate materials, parts, and complex assemblies for compliance with specifications and quality standards Perform and interpret dimensional inspections and product evaluations Identify and support resolution of non?conforming materials and products Prepare accurate records, reports, and documentation of inspection results Communicate findings clearly to internal teams, leadership, and external customers Support submission and tracking of returned materials for technical review Generate material certificates to support product compliance Partner with Quality Engineers on root cause analysis for defects and customer returns Provide training and guidance to team members on quality procedures and best practices Maintain timely follow?up and communication on quality issues Collaborate across departments to meet quality and customer service objectives Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in quality inspection or a related manufacturing role Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and procedures Experience using dimensional inspection tools and measurement equipment Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and manage priorities Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications 2?year or 4?year technical degree or equivalent technical training Experience supporting quality audits, product testing, or compliance documentation Background working in a cross?functional manufacturing or engineering environment
